Indiana Roof Ballroom, November 1, 2014Indianapolis, IN- The American Diabetes Association-Indiana held their annual fundraising gala on Saturday, November 1, at the Indiana Roof Ballroom. The event included a silent auction with mobile bidding, live auction, fund-a-cause donation, live performances by dancers during the plated dinner, and music by ‘Soul’d Out’ following the dinner and program.

Darin Lawson, CAI, conducted the live auction and fund-a-cause components of the evening, in addition to making many announcements during the silent auction to promote bidding. The mistress of ceremonies was Brooke Martin, and the master of ceremonies was Jim Shella; both are journalists/anchors with WISH-TV in Indianapolis. In addition, Drew Blair, weekend anchor at WISH-TV, conducted ‘red carpet’ interviews, in keeping with the event’s Silver Screen theme.
