Thank you for registering for our January 26, Eckert Online-Only Estate Auction, opening for “live” online bidding at 5pm on Thursday. PLEASE read the following synopsis of process and terms, prior to bidding. If you are unable to comply with payment and pickup requirements, please contact us to delete your registration.
This auction will be broadcast on three different platforms, so while you may be winning on one platform, currently, you may not be winning on one of the others. Any bids left prior to Thursday’s auction at 5pm will be executed by the system on your behalf. You MAY get outbid during the live auction, so bids currently winning at 5pm MAY OR MAY NOT mean that you have won the item. If you cannot participate ‘live’, we encourage you to leave your highest and best bid, prior to Thursday at 5pm.
**Registered bidders can log on at 5pm and bid live, if desired.

This auction is for items located in the estate home, which is sold and closing soon. NO STORAGE IS AVAILABLE! All items must be removed, or shipping contracted for, within 7 DAYS OF AUCTION DATE! Payment is due by Friday, January 27, before 3pm, for bidders wishing to pick up their items on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Payment is due by Wednesday, February 1, for bidders requiring shipping.
Local pickup will be available by appointment on Saturday, January 28, 11am-4pm, Sunday, January 29, 1pm-4pm, Tuesday, January 31, 12pm-3pm, and Wednesday, February 1, 12pm-3pm.
Appointments are necessary due to the limited parking. There is no parking on the main street, and Talbott Street, along the east side of the home, is one way with parking on one side.
Shipping is being offered through our primary shipping agent for this auction, The UPS Store, 4000 W 106th St #125, Carmel, IN 46032, 317-733-4010, email (preferred contact method) email@example.com. Please contact them WELL BEFORE 48 hours prior to the auction closing to get a shipping quote. Winning bidders are encouraged to contact them as soon as possible, as after 10 days, items remaining in the property will be considered abandoned, and will be resold with no refund to the original purchaser.

Due to the incoming weather in Central Indiana for Wednesday, we will not be going the house to respond to condition report requests before the auction closing.
