National Preservation Week is April 26 through May 2. In celebration of that, the Indiana Historical Society will be having the Preservation Week Road Show to provide education on the value of historic family collection items and how to care for them. Since 2010, the American Library Association has asked libraries across the country to bring attention to preservation issues that affect historical collections to discover valued family heirlooms for free.
Indiana Historical Society has assembled valued professionals, in various fields of expertise, to provide one-on-one consultations to meet with guests about objects.
